Good communication. Competitive price. I shipped a car from Bristol to Melbourne in Australia. Agents (local shipping agent) were easy to find. They spoke good english. The customs agent came and led us to the port. He guided us through the paperwork and various offices that need to be visited. He then picked up the car from the dock for us and drove it to us waiting in the dock car park, waiting in the car park. All in all, much less hassle than anticipated. Would I do it again and use MPH AUTOS LTD. YES!

I've no negativity at all. I was a little apprehensive at first as I'd helped a friend import his car last year and he came across complications, extra cost and a total lack of communication. I on the other hand was well informed and guided at every point, the collection of the car was simple, time wise 1 hour at the customs for the paper work,1hour dinner, 20 minutes in the office and 2 seconds collecting the car. Couldn't of been easier.
